The project involved rehabilitation of existing terrace surfaces and implementation of a seamless waterproofing system designed to provide durable protection against water ingress, weather exposure Treatment of surface defects and exposed pinholes to create a sound substrate for waterproofing. Application of a seamless hybrid polyurethane waterproofing system over the prepared terrace areas. Provision of protective screed and UV-resistant protective coating to enhance long-term durability and weather resistance. Project Results Rehabilitated the existing terrace surfaces and provided a renewed waterproofing system. Established continuous protection against water ingress across the treated terrace areas. Improved resistance of the terrace system to weathering and UV exposure.
