Founded in 2008 in Virudhachalam, Top A India Contractors has grown from a regional waterproofing contractor into a specialist in infrastructure protection, repair and rehabilitation. Today, we work across more than 15 states in India and overseas, delivering solutions for dams, metro tunnels, power stations, ports, shipyards, industrial plants, commercial buildings and other critical structures. 

We work across the life of a structure –  protecting new structures during construction and repairing, strengthening and rehabilitating those already in service. Whether the challenge is water ingress, deteriorating concrete, corrosion or failed joints, we diagnose the problem and develop the right solution for the structure and its condition. 

Our core capabilities include waterproofing, injection grouting, concrete repair and rehabilitation, and protective coatings, supported by specialist applications in dam repair, structural maintenance, industrial flooring and high-pressure water jetting. Delivered by trained in-house teams, most projects combine more than one, selected against the structure, its condition and the problem in front of us rather than a standard approach. We work directly with asset owners, government departments and project teams, with trained crews and on-site supervision throughout execution.
