Project Overview

TOP A INDIA Contractors carried out comprehensive waterproofing treatment for the terraces of residential buildings at Anuvijay Township, Kudankulam. The project involved rehabilitation of existing terrace surfaces and implementation of a seamless waterproofing system designed to provide durable protection against water ingress, weather exposure and recurring moisture-related issues.

Project Challenge

Existing terrace finishes and underlying build-up required removal and rehabilitation before waterproofing.
Surface irregularities, defects and exposed pinholes required proper treatment to achieve a suitable waterproofing substrate.
The exposed terraces required a waterproofing solution capable of withstanding weather and temperature variations.
The completed system required additional protection against UV exposure and long-term surface deterioration.

Our Approach & Solution / Project Scope

Removal of existing terrace flooring, plastering and underlying build-up, followed by thorough surface preparation.
Treatment of surface defects and exposed pinholes to create a sound substrate for waterproofing.
Application of a seamless hybrid polyurethane waterproofing system over the prepared terrace areas.
Provision of protective screed and UV-resistant protective coating to enhance long-term durability and weather resistance.

Project Results
